We are a Polish family who have been living out of suitcases since 2005. We yearn for new places and experiences. Years spent in southern Italy, then in the high Alps of France, filled us with dreams, projects, and the desire to emigrate again. This time, we dreamed of life on a warm island. To quote Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist: "When you desire something passionately, the entire universe conspires to help you achieve it." We pondered islands intensely, and one August day, the island of Sal in Cape Verde appeared in our lives. Sandy beaches stretching for kilometers, azure ocean, 365 days of sunshine a year. A quick decision... and so began our third emigration. After some time, it turned out we were the only Polish family on the island, and our son the only Polish student. This only gave us the impetus to launch new projects. In 2018, we opened Green Point Turismo e Serviços Lda. Two years later, in 2020, we began the process of obtaining a travel agency license, but for obvious reasons, it was suspended. In 2021, all procedures resumed. In 2022, we received our license, becoming the first Polish licensed travel agency in Cape Verde. Thanks to this, we can develop our Bez Skarpetek project and others to popularize this beautiful corner of the world. Gosia and Darek
